    Star Innkeeper - Responsible for daily inspections of the 21 room property, checking guests in and out. The reception desk also offers coffee and snacks to the hotel guests as well as the general public.

    Aestheticians - Must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin, have excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in the SEA SPA's specific facial treatment offerings.

    Massage Therapists - NCETMB or diploma from state approved school required.

    Servers - Responsible to serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner. Must have experience.

    Banquet Cooks - Responsible to prepare quality menu items consistently through presentation and timeliness. Must have experience.

    Pool and Beach Supervisors - Responsible to supervise, train and mentor Pool & Beach Attendants and Pool & Beach Servers ensuring that they perform up to the hotel's standards.

    Farm Interns - For Beach Plum Farm. Assist in planting, cultivating and harvesting edible fruits and vegetables for a “Farm to Table” program including greenhouse work and installation of a fruit orchard. Care for livestock and poultry.

    Reservations Clerks - Must be knowledgeable with the hotel rooms, amenities, special packages and activities. Experience with property management systems preferred. Must possess outstanding customer service skills.

    Banquet Servers - Responsible for ensuring proper food and beverage service for all banquet functions. This is a fast paced position involving constant customer interaction.

    Restaurant Supervisor - Responsible to supervise, train and mentor restaurant service staff. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards for restaurant. Interact with guests to ensure a positive guest experience.

    Maintenance Engineer - General maintenance skills required with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, A/C and painting repairs. Background in painting work preferred.

    Pre-Arrival Concierge - This position is responsible for calling our guest prior to arrival and offering them pre-planning services in order to help them plan their activities and create a fun vacation itinerary even before they arrive. Pre-planning services consist of informing (and reserving) our guest of all the on campus activities, events, dining and services provided by our Cape May Hotels.

    Night Auditors - Protects integrity of building and assets, reconciles all interfaces and balances with PMS system audit. Night shift required.

    Gift Shop Clerks - Retail and MICROS experience useful. Excellent customer service skills required. Varied shifts.

    Front Desk Agents - Attend to guest needs, including, but not limited to, registration, checkout and cashiering.

    Spa Concierge - Responsible to promote wellness and serve as the final point of contact for an indigenous spa experience. Hosts and fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.

    Housekeeping and Laundry Manager - Responsible to supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Room Attendants, Laundry Attendants, Turndown Attendants and Public Space Cleaners ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards.

    Pool and Beach Manager - Responsible to develop, implement and maintain quality standards for pool and beach services, including supervision and direction of service staff. Ensure excellent customer service.

    Line Cooks - Responsible to prepare quality menu items consistently through presentation and timeliness. Maintains hotel service standards for all menu items for the Food and Beverage outlets. Must have experience.

    Nail Technicians - Responsible to provide manicure and pedicure services, decorate nails, apply sculptured or other artificial nails.

    AM Servers - Responsible to serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner. Must have experience.

    Baker - Responsible for pastry and dessert preparation. Attention to detail and high standards required. Must have experience.

    Executive Sous Chef - 5 years multi-outlet hotel experience, hands-on philosophy, and outstanding organizational/management skills.

    Maintenance - General maintenance skills required with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, A/C and painting repairs. Background in tile work preferred.

    Tile Mechanic - Responsible for tile restoration, grout lines and caulking. Candidate must have a solid reputation in tile repair field. This is a part-time position.
