    Banquet Director - To direct banquet team and liase with kitchen to provide polished service for weddings and corporate banquets. Exceptional customer service and organizational skills required.

    Executive Sous Chef - Upscale banquet/conferences for up to 300 people, a la carte dining room up to 400 people, room service, seasonal food and beverage outlets including pool and beach. Candidate should have at least 5 years multi-outlet hotel experience, hands-on philosophy and demonstrate outstanding organizational and management skills.

    Front Desk Agents - Excellent communication skills and presentation required. Knowledge of local events and welcoming manner essential.

    Public Space Attendants - Reliable, independent individual for upkeep and cleaning of public spaces. Attention to detail and friendly manner required.

    Hotel Sales Manager - Manages, plans, sells, solicits and negotiates new and exciting businesses to meet/exceed revenue goals according to company standards. Ensures proper planning and execution of client services. Excellent compensation and dynamic team environment. 

    Reservations Manager - Manage all reservation sales activities to maximize revenue potential for Cape May Resorts properties. Develop, implement and maintain quality standards for the Reservations Department. Ensure excellent customer service.

    Reservations Clerks - Must be knowledgeable with the hotel rooms, amenities, special packages and activities. Experience with property managements systems preferred. Must possess outstanding customer service skills.

    Line Cooks - Responsible to prepare quality menu items consistently through presentation and timeliness. Maintains hotel service standards for all menu items for the Food and Beverage outlets. Must have experience.

    Baker/Assistant Pastry Chef - Baker to assist Pastry Chef with all pastry and dessert stations. Attention to detail and high standards required.

    Gift Shop Clerks - Retail and MICROS experience useful. Excellent customer service skills required. Varied shifts.

    Servers - Breakfast and Lunch, Banquet, Pool/Beach, Cocktail, Night Club, Dinner Server. Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner.

    Coffee Shop Clerks

    Greeter - Responsible to welcome each and every guest entering the hotel with enthusiasm! Knowledge of hotel events and community activities.

    Food Runners - Firing and serving food with correct condiments in a timely and professional manner. Good organization and communication necessary.

    Bussers - Responsible to clean and set up tables and perform other food service related duties. Need mobility and speed in limited space.

    Room Servers - Take orders over the phone and serve guests in room in a timely and friendly manner.

    Expeditors - Responsible for the presentation, garnishment and organization of food for the hotel Food and Beverage outlets. Attention to detail and timeliness a must!

    Hostesses - Responsible to enthusiastically welcome each guest who enters the restaurant. Must be professionally presented, have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and be able to multi-task.

    Banquet Captains - Supervises and trains the Banquet staff in a consistent manner that upholds the hotels service standards. Oversees hotel events and assists the Banquet Manager to ensure the event runs smoothly. Strong leadership skills required.

    Housekeepers - Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of hotel rooms. Maintains consistent placement of amenities, bed make-ups, inventory and overall housekeeping procedures. Good communication skills and customer service required.

    Housemen - Main responsibility is to remove and stock guest room closets with linen and towels. Good organization skills and friendly manner with guests required.

    Maintenance - General maintenance skills required with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, A/C and painting repairs. Background in tile work preferred.

    Groundskeepers - Wide range of landscaping tasks. Knowledge of operating small equipment, basic irrigation repair. Lifting and outdoor work required.

    Valet Drivers - Excellent driving record, valid license and outgoing personality required.

    Night Auditors - Protects integrity of building and assets, reconciles all interfaces and balances with PMS system audit. Night shift required.
